Ooooooooooooooooooh! Bad me! I went and got friend chicken for lunch at Frenchy's (really tasty local chain). My tummy is not happy with me either. I ordered the King's special which is a thigh, leg, three wings, small fries, and soda (diet coke for me). Normally I would scarf down the whole thing, but after the fries, thigh and one wing, that was it.

I wish I could break that impulsiveness when it comes to food. Sometimes I crave something and just get up and go get it.

Last night I did make a healthy dinner. I made noodles out of spiralized zucchini and sauteed them with onions and red peppers. I baked meatballs to go with it for a low carb spaghetti and meatball dish. My hubby and son loved it which was great. Hopefully we can break our dining out addiction.

The weather outside is really nice so I will try and get out for a walk today. I need to keep moving my body. Especially after the fried chicken incident. :-)
