Great day yesterday! I had an awesome workout in the afternoon. Overall, the whole day was great. I ate pretty well in terms of calories up until dinner. There were some very good cake and bars at the school I was subbing at. I ate them but then had to give up other things to stay on track. Dinner was amazing! My wife is such a good cook, because I couldn't stop eating it. I know I went over on calories with that meal but it was worth it.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
