I was really worried that I had veered to far away from my diet that I wouldn't see any loses this week, but I'm really glad to see the weight still dropping. I'm under a lot of stress right now in my personal life, going through a divorce and it's been really hard on me. My eating habits have had to change and I'm working to evolve around that. Still going in the right direction, still looking at the long game.
