Ok, Well, time to STOP indulging myself just because I'm living abroad and there are so many temptations. There are just as many if not more healthy foods to tempt me, so it's time for a pantry make over. Stop buying those processed foods, stick to real foods and I'll be much better off, that's what I'll ask myself, is this real, if not I'll leave it alone!
