I'm hoping that my new weight reflects muscle increase. I would have preferred it went in the other direction. The good news is I'm already past the craving stage. I tried drinking a soda the other day and it just about made me sick.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

its hard to say, regardless, don't give up, that little amount of weight could be anything, the key is just to keep on keepin' on :)
