Seriously? No loss again? How is it possible to eat less than you're burning and not lose any weight? Why in the hell am I stalled at this number? 2 weeks now at the same number, a loss one week before that and then another 2 weeks prior of no weight loss. This is crap. What the hell am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry- that's frustrating! Have you tried changing things up? What you eat, when, and how often? Are you getting enough sleep? I'm no expert, but your deficits are consistently really large- maybe it would help to increase your calorie intake a bit? If I were you, I'd identify a few things to do differently next week and try to do them consistently to see if your results improve, then keep adjusting until you find a formula that works. You've mentioned your clothes being to lose- have you felt like you've consistently lost inches during the time the scale has been stalled? If that's the case, it could just be that the scale hasn't caught up yet. Keep at it and you'll figure it out- I'm sure some folks around here who know more than I do will have some insights to share, too. Your hard work WLLL eventually pay off- you're not doing it for nothing!!

How's your water intake? Are you dehydrated?

I've been drinking a lot of water but my lips have been super super dry lately too, so maybe I'm not intaking enough water? I have a mug thing that holds 32 ounces and I drink at least 3 of those with some green tea mixed out throughout the day. Not much coffeein the am to dehydrate me either.

I think green tea is a dieretic.... but, that's still a great amount of water! Are you exercising, where some muscle build come be offsetting the fat loss? It doesn't take a lot of muscle to counter balance a lot of fat loss. Also, have you tried just leaving your day's exercise log at just sleep, resting, and your exercise? I got with that to make sure I'm not overestimating my burn (and leave a little surplus to account for any undercounting of calories). hmm... what else?

I'm going to try mixing it up this week. Ate pretty unhealthy today thanks to the frustration, mixing it up, and stress. Hoping to start eating more calories, but more healthy calories instead of just random. Rethinking trying a protein shake to increase my protein. Rethinking spending 200 bucks on a Bodybugg too just so I can see what I'm really doing. 200 seems like a lot of money but if it's going to make a difference for me, it's worth it I think. We'll see.
