I have had a great few days. I actually took two days off this week thus far and it has apparently paid off. I must have needed a few rest days for my body to rebuild and catch up. I had had a really good speed interval workout on the stationary bike on Wednesday that made my legs feel like jell-o but it was so good! Yesterday, I just taught Taekwondo class and in one we did jump rope work but it wasn't terrible. We only jumped rope for about 10 minutes but I can feel it in my legs. Most days, I workout at the gym then go to class and teach Taekwondo as well so yesterday was nice to be able to focus on just the teaching part of my day. Only seven more pounds before I hit my goal.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
