heaps of exercise last week and stuck to 1000-1200 calories, had a 2000 calories deficient from mon-fri so good weight loss, hard to maintain though
232.6 lb Lost so far: 78.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
