I have started following the challenges I accepted, first day went pretty cool.My first challenge is 7 miles a week.i already did 3 miles on first day of first week, I hope I will do much more than 7 miles in first week :) My second challange is Say No to Suger, I followed it 100% on first day of first week. And my 3rd challange is Squat Madness, they say do 10 each 3 times a day on first week, so it's total of 30 per day, but I fortunately did about 50 :). So glad on doing well on first day. Hope I will keep following it, encourage me !!!! :)
