Down 1/2 lb. Better than being up, plus I cheated on the wknd, plus Monday, so I guess I should be happy. Took yesterday off from working out and probably won't do any dvd's today, but going to the zoo -- lots of walking!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
