It is really amazing how much I need to track my food intake and exercise, but I did for one full week, and lost 1.5 lbs..I was shooting for 1. Very happy about this progress!! The hardest part is yet to come, but I am looking forward to my opportunity to improve myself.

123.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2014:
1120 kcal Fat: 37.69g | Prot: 73.21g | Carb: 112.26g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Swiss Miss Sugar Free Hot Chocolate, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Bacon, Plain Pancakes, Blackberries, Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup, Strawberries. Lunch: Fresh Direct Turkey Chili with Beans, Kroger 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Dennison's 98% Fat Free Turkey Chili with Beans, Progresso Light New England Clam Chowder. Snacks/Other: Pop Weaver Light Butter Microwave Popcorn (61g bag). more...

Yes, I thinking tracking is one of the most important aspects in helping with weight loss. It really helps you see how much you are eating and where you can make improvements.
