It’s been a little more than a week with my new diet and I am enjoying it. I feel better, my chronic shoulder pain is VASTLY diminished, and I don’t even know when the last time I was under 250 was. I have started eating small meals (5) and then one actual meal, but I have been trying to eat a Mediterranean diet (I’ve always loved seafood so it works for me!) I have been doing 800-1200 calories a day (just taking it day by day, but I feel like I should increase it at some point I just don’t know when) and I have had to figure out how to stay full, get nutrients, and keeping carbs low (just got my results back on Monday and know I am just barely in the prediabetic range.) It has been a bit of challenge, especially watching carbs, but every day I’ve been feeling better! Just gotta keep it up now
248.8 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 113.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
