I've been really low last few days due to things that are happening at work
Therefore one day I will completely binge and the next eat nothing
Because of this yo-yoing I've been constantly tired and sooo not doing the walk/joggin but will do better
145.3 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
