inaccurate waist measurement: 82.9 cm. I've changed the way I'm measuring it. Now the tape is going a little lower across my back so it gets more horizontal as opposed to the oblique line I was doing before. but I think this is less subject to mistakes. It's possible that, at least 1 cm has increased due to this difference heheh. This is the way I will measure from now on. I feel that it's simpler and less subject to mistakes or differences between measurements.

Regarding the weight, I have mixed feelings. Both the day before yesterday and yesterday, as a test, I have been doing several sets of push-ups and yesterday I've also done pull-ups. The muscles involved are completely swollen up. But I've been eating too much calories. I'm going to start doing aerobic exercise more often. Whenever I break the routine, I almost invariably stop doing it altogether. I have to be more careful with that :)
131.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
