I'm so glad I lost 0.8 lbs because I gave in at 1 in the morning and ate 3 white chocolate fudge squares. :( So bad for me. But I think the workout I did helped alot!
254.2 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 104.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
