after 5 km and gym I reached 69 kg... checked my weight in changing room :)
(adidas, white sweater, short jeans = 3.3 kg --> now you can check weight in future ).

after training extra 5 km and got my breakfast (yogurt, strawberries)...

now, time to go to work... what I can do, lazy man :)
152.1 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
