Lost 23 KG on Diet Chef in 2011 but picket up again 16 KG since I'm on pension. Diet Chef is not available in South Africa so I decided to give 5-2 Fast Diet a try. smile
OK, now I'm a bit in a predicament: I uploaded the mobile apps from fat-secret to my BB and they don't seem to be synchronised. Hence I skip updating here as well I guess, because via mobile is easier!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
