Oh dear, I wrote that my currant weight is also my goal-weight and can't find were to change this! :(((
Lost in the last 2 days 1kg. But I will have the next 2 days fast next week. Fast-days are not good for the weekend and easier to stick to in the week. :)))
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
