I'm back -- quit the program when I started to see success.
Plateaued for a while and then took a dive between Thanksgiving
and New Years.
This program works for me -- counting the calories and staying
focused on positive progression :)

185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
