Went away for the weekend to stay visit friends. Tried to being my own food but could only do so for half the meals which is better then none. I did pretty good (only gained 0.2 pounds) but I could have brought more veggies.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
