Holding steady. Got a second dog so I'm going to be logging in a lot more exercise. Hopefully that helps me drop some more lbs and stop some of the jigglies. My knee had been killing me lately. Going to see the dr next wk see what's up with that. Hope they can bring it back to normal. In my husbands experience once something goes wrong it's never the same again :(
