I started one week ago, and I'm not jumping on the scale until I really feel good, really know I've lost weight.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Are you doing Atkins? How closely are you following it? I just started again too...i'm following induction to a tee!! Good Luck to you I'm cheering you on!

Yes, Atkins. I'm trying to do induction, too. The only thing I know I'm doing wrong is having too many sugar substitutes in a day. I hope that doesn't stall me--I don't know how I can manage without it. I drink several cups of tea every day with sugar substitute in it, and also a couple bottles of flavored water (plain water in the winter just doesn't do it for me). I tried starting Atkins last January, and again in April. Both times I stopped after a couple weeks when I hadn't lost a thing. I've done Atkins in the past, and had good success. So that's why I'm staying off the scale--trying to focus on eating right and keeping my head straight, and trusting that the weight will eventually come off if I stay true. Thanks for writing! I need the support!

I drink my decaf iced tea with sweet n low... I am trying to slowly wean off how much I put in it though... I am also a diet coke addict :( but I don't think I could completely give it up. I drink about 120 ounces of water a day too. I did Atkins about 12 years ago and lost 60 lbs.. However a month after I hit my goal weight I found out I was pregnant with twins... They are 11 now and it's not baby weight anymore:(. I hope it works again. Good luck and keep me updated. I'm cheering for you
