So I've gained a pound. I knew this would happen this week as it is "that time of the month". This is my week to feel like hell and be bloated. One thing I have noticed, is the fact that it isn't as bad as it used to be. Maybe because I was in the gym this weekend and I'm not reaching for sugary or salty snacks to make me feel better. Oh well, I lost 6 lbs last week and every week can't be like that.
I hope I'm ready for the new challenges this week will bring.
1.) Quitting smoking - Tomorrow is my quit day and I feel pretty good about it. Smoking doesn't fit in with the new lifestyle I'm trying to live.
2.) Biggest Loser Challenge - This is the site's challenge. I am involved in one at work but this requires a little more accountability to myself.
All in all, I'm super pumped for the weeks and months ahead.
