Rubbish so the poor weekend choices have given me a 600 g weight gain. Cant say i'm not supprised hopefully i can be back on track this week although i have just had another piece of cake.....Naughty girl it will be better when they are all gone and then they wont call my name from the fridge!!!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 63.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
