Missed church again yesterday. Overslept again. Planned to do OMD but ate two meals and snacks. I bought Kim Chi but fogot to have some. It is a probiotic food. I am pretty much out of meat. I have frozen shrimp and a frozen steak. May also have some albacore canned and canned chicken. I am pretty sure I have stir fry vegetables in the freezer somewhere. It would be a good idea to plan my meal ahed of time.
230.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
