Much better this week, but still room to improve. Need to get going with the exercise, even though I have been more active doing things around the house which also is a big help. Just keep keeping on.
347.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2026 kcal Fat: 73.32g | Prot: 133.05g | Carb: 199.51g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Bananas. Lunch: Italian Bread, Rotisserie Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: spaghetti noodles, Parmesan Cheese (Low Sodium), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Traditional Spaghetti Sauce. Snacks/Other: Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Mint Dark Chocolate. more...
