1200 Calories's Journal, 25 July 2021

Summer months have allowed me to be more active, hiking and walking. Looks like it’s going to be the same slow loss of the 20 lbs like it was 2 years ago. Feels even slower and more difficult now. Still feeling the stress lingering from the pandemic year and not looking forward to the new school year as it seems it will still be fraught with some of the same stress. These times make for reaching for treats and comfort food more prevalent.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
