Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 1051 kcal deficit // BF↓0.4% and is back in range // missed Sleep Goal
151.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
