Yesterday was miserable, felt cold and shaky, light headed, and insatiable hunger that drove me to eat way above what I should have. I feel like my blood sugar is out of whack in some way and am going to reduce or completely cut out caffeine to see if it is causing a hypoglycemic condition.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
