I exercised really well this week! I'm proud of myself...the scale did not move very much-but I have about 1 pair of pants I cannot wear anymore they are so big,and a couple of pairs that are getting there. I was able to put on a suit that was kind of tight. And I was able to wear a suit jacket I got on sale at the Limited-that I could not button close before!! I am proud of myself!! I still can't wait to get under 200lbs though....
