Goodmorning all,

I think it isn't really all about the kcals, but also what nutricients you give your body within those cals... so i made a new diet a few days ago, where i try to balance out every meal every day.enough protien, enough fibers, not a lot of saturated fats, not a lot of sugar... enough vitamins and extra cacium/kalium because i'm a female over 40...

this is the third day of my new diet, and it seems to work, i expected the scale to go way up in the beginning but it didn't. well it is that time of the month so all bets are off the table anyway, but eating more fiber and protiens have no negative effects for now, i even feel full all day long, and that is new, probably because of the fibers...

i'll keep you posted.
today sauna day for me, this is all about relaxing! i'm not going to think about anything!

When I lived on the continent I loved going to the sauna. It is the one place where nobody gives a dam about the shape of your body and they are all there, every shape and every size but who cares, your all there for the same reason, to relax and enjoy.
