Being out of town and having to eat out 3x made it difficult but I still managed to workout and not gain anything. Starting the Isagenix cleanse next week. Will record journal entries about the experience.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
