Kinda blew it over the four days. I stopped keeping track of my diet for a few days, plus I only went to the gym or ran twice. My wife has been doing really well with her diet, so guilt was a major factor of me getting back on board.

Yesterday, I had a good day of eating along with a good workout (ran 3 miles on the dreadmill) and it immediately showed on the scales!

As with anything CONSISTENCY is the key. I know that.

188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
