went to the gym for a class, or own workout, or walked every day this week. Also journaled everything and kept my calorie intake 1400-1600 each day.

would like to lose 1.5-2lbs every week.

I can do this!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
