Happy President's Day everyone!! Tried a soft Belvita breakfast thingy and I don't think they're for me. Definitely not hungry but way more carbs than I'm comfortable with. The taste reminded me of Nutrigrain bars and makes me want one filled with strawberry filling or apple filling which then makes me think of donuts with raspberry filling lol NOT GOOD! Walked/jogged with my chow Sugar and got an ice coffee to finally start my day. Need to start my online defensive driving and later go to HEB to buy some fruit and fill my gas tank and buy vehicle's registration sticker. Bye bye money...bye bye
111.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
