need to increase cardio--started to this week. may need to do something else if this does not work. need to start counting calories again
138.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I use this site to count every calorie I eat - it's so useful. What kind of cardio do you do? I'm just starting with exercise myself this week. Best of luck.

treadmill mostly. had foot surg in August & toenail surg in Nov; so need to start counting calories again--that was my best weight loss. Portion control good, but weight has remained same.
