Started the 17 day diet on Feb. 7th. First week I followed the menu plan only. The second week I added daily workouts. I have dropped one pant size to todays date. I will start the second phase of this diet on 3/3/2011.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 4.5 lb a week

Thats Awesome! I was considering doing the 17 day diet, but have been doing pretty good with what I'm doing. Can't wait to hear your outcome. Keep up the good work!
