Maintaining. Still struggling with the portion control. Will it ever get any easier? Have to maintain my focus. Funny how you seem to hit a mental block when you are right at a milestone. On the positive side, I am getting my workouts in. Oh well, perhaps this week.

I have gained 3 pounds since I joined the gym and while it is -extremely- disheartening to not see results (or worse, see the scale spitting out BIGGER numbers) you can tweak your lifestyle at any time. Also, not every day is a great one so keep your chin up! You're on your way.

You’ve made it!! Which deserves a big Congrats! Maintenance is a juggling act. I need a stricter regime than most as I am 65, and have a catastrophic back injury. You will find your middle ground, just like your program became familiar to you to help you lose weight, maintenance will become a habit too!!

Tell that to the 10 Do-si-dos I just polished off. 😂😂😂 You gotta have a sense of humor and not be so serious if this this is going to work. I eat whatever I want. I am just strictly conscious of how much I am consuming. This may not be a good thing and I am not saying everyone should use this approach. What I am saying is, know what you are eating (own it) and make adjustments and stay active. You will fail to stay on track, sometimes miserably. The key is to not wallow in it and give up. Tomorrow is another day and if you are alive then you can always do something. That being said, thanks for all the encouragement from everyone. It has really got me through some tough periods .
