Yesterday I ate "Well" at 105% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 116 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% // Sleep Goal met
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
