We went out for Mongolian BBQ for Valentines supper yesterday. Hubby got me a 14 gram Lindt chocolate heart, which I ate for desert. I did not exercise, other than just walking around. Lost a half a pound, which surprised me!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
