Trying to eat more protein and fewer carbohydrates. Also, slowly trying to incorporate more strength training into my exercise routine. I've definitely made a habit of going to the gym and owning that elliptical, though! :)
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
