Went to a get together with old friends yesterday for a BBQ had a couple of chili hotdogs and cheeseburgers - hence the weight gain, working hard now to bring it back down…
171.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
