I was changed to the green plan yesterday. I lose a vegetable and a fruit. That makes me a little nervous about possibly feeling hungry. I was told that green is the hardest plan, because of the amount of food that is consumed. Portion sizes are the same as gold, but how many of each food group is lower. Oh well. I am very close to goal then stabilization!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Brandi. Wednesday and Thursday weren't bad. Today is a different story. I am so hungry that I'm thinking of eating paper. I wonder how many carolies is in a sheet of paper? I am using the carb cravers for lunch, so that leaves me with two starches. WooHoo!

Love4life, I had to comment, you made me laugh so hard when you asked how many calories is in paper, hahahahahaha!!!! I wish you good luck with the new color plan. I'm on purple right now and I feel like I eat all the time. You guys are scaring me to just think of changing colors. But I know we can do it. Go you and go me!!!
