I've been sick... Yesterday I was soo weak and tired. I hardly ate anything all day, until supper I ate alot. My husband assured me that it was okay to forget about the diet for one day and just eat so my body could fight off this crud. I think he was right. I have a little more energy today.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
