Ok i fell off the bandwagon and it totally shows.. yesterday i was 225 and this morning im 222. Im back on ketogenic lifestyle so far so good.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
