I just cant believe that I lost 14.0 kgs since April or may 2013 i weighted 77.6 kgs. And my will power and constant calorie consumption over my Basal Metabolic rate and cycling and calorie conciseness proved a vital factor in that much loss.

I still have 50 gms each for Lunch and dinner and 2 apples as evening snacks after cycling then i took rest for 2 hours or so and sleep nearly 10 hours .Same think .I dont eat junk food .Still drink milk.

Thank God for my record loss that I didn't weighted when I was 17 years old (I was same heightt that time at school)After 10 years I am back to normal but my waist bone is 34inch which is a bone so it can't be 32 inch any more .
140.2 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
