I hear ya! It's not easy. You have to find ways to excite yourself about losing weight. Do 5lb increments and reward yourself with nonfood items (music, manicure, etc. ). Write down all the reasons you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it often. Take a new exercise class. Try a new diet plan. Buy a new workout dvd or outfit.
