ok so over the past weekend I gained .8 pounds, boo! but had a crazy weekend! watching the special needs daughter of a sick friend all weekend, then drove 300 plus miles to and from a funeral on monday! needless to say not much time for healthy food planning or preperation. I am proud of myself though, a huge spread of food at the reception after the funeral and all I ate was ONE small cakeball! and it was sooo yummy. thats about the only time I held back this weekend though. anyway back on track! getting it done again!
gotta get rid of that pound I gained.
