I'm going by my doctor's scales as I usually do but I also weighed myself on my own scales this morning which showed me as 65.9kgs making a varience of 0.5kgs... maybe I could use both in order to weigh myself fornightly rather then monthly but add on the 0.5kgs to my scales?
I've given up the vodka as well as the fizz sooo maybe now my progress will jump up a gear, I just gotta keep at it... This site with all the challenges really has increased my motivation

Hmm, I don't know about the scale difference. I normally check my scale once a week to make sure it is correct but I recommend just going off of one scale. Keep up your hard work.
