Wow. I did pretty good at losing weight considering I was craving things left and right due to my monthly visitor. I didn't lose many inches this week, but I did complete the Alpha phase of Focus T25!! Since starting Beta phase, I've been feeling especially motivated to get back on track, so I'm really excited to have great results this week! I've already done one Beta phase workout, and I loved it! I'm so excited to do Speed 2.0 today! I hope everyone else is doing well and staying healthy!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
